This is a test demo page for trying out and verifying the methods of Long-Term Docs web service. The service is run in Software602 cloud environment. Software602, Inc. in no way processes entered documents nor stores any personal information. The server providing the service is maintained regularly, therefore it is possible that the database registry of document IDs and their metadata is deleted from time to time.
A set of tools providing long-term document authenticity. It provides registration of documents’ AdES metadata to the AdES registration server which enables users to easily check which documents need to be refreshed before given date or the state of a particular document.
Checks a document’s state and its format (includes certificate validation for digital signatures, marks and time stamps, their check against CRL list, check for the document’s hash violation).
Use the Analyze Document button to check the document’s state in respect to long-term archiving requirements.

Signs the document with el. signature. Supported format for signing are OOXML Office, PDF, XML and XML602 documents.
Sign the file with server signature
Registers a document to AdES Server, assigns a unique ID and the document’s AdES metadata. Attaches a new archival time stamp to the document. The document’s signature structure after registration complies with PAdES specification.
Updates a previously registered document before the latest archival time stamp’s expiry. Attaches a new archival time stamp to the document.
The function returns information on entered document’s ID or a group of documents matching the entered filter. The response’s structure defines the contents of the AdES registration server.
Any document can be removed from the long-term archiving process and all information related to it removed.
Serves to find out which documents need to be refreshed before given date. Results in a list of document IDs. The list can be limited to a specific number of documents; they are listed in a chronological order.
A set of functions providing document conversion into archiving format PDF/A in compliance with long-term archiving standards ISO 19005-1:2002 and 19005-2:2011.
The PDF/A format is defined in several levels of conformity. This level can be set and the document analyzed in respect to the selected level.
Any PDF document can be converted to PDF/A format conforming to the selected level.
To provide document conversion for supported formats, the web service interface features functions for automatic conversion which can be specified by selected conversion profiles.
